As Mario meets Ninja Ben and starts talking to him, Bowser appears in his flying cup and grabs Mario from above with a hook taking him also as a prisoner. Now it's on Ninja Ben to start a rescue mission in order to set free Mario and Peach by completing all the challenges in the game levels and defeat the monster in a one vs one fight.
