It's a cold and foggy night down at Monster High..but everything is about to change because tonight The Electric Ghouls Festival will be held in the famous high school. The Electric Ghoul Festival gives every monster high student no matter of their heritage the chance to have fun the whole night and meet new ghouls. Frankie Stein, the adorable 15 day old ghoul is really excited about this because it's her first festival ever and she is really eager to have some fun with the girls. Frankie is friendly, sweet, and polite with a clumsy streak but in a cute kind of way. She has the attitude and all she needs is a proper dress up session to be ready for a night full of fun. The other ghoul girls decided to catch a movie before going to the festival so Frankie needs your help pick the best outfit. It's a good thing she has a lot of clothes to choose from. Browse between different types of clothes..from glamorous dresses..to two piece classy outfits until you find the one that fits her best. Add a little make up to make her sparkle and she is ready to go. Make sure she looks her best before leaving for the festival..because I heard that her crush Jekyll Hyde is going to be there..and we want him to notice her.
